i'm trying to fill out the relevant forms to get my bastard tenants (who haven't paid me a penny in rent since they moved in over 2 months ago) evicted from my house in birmingham. there's a section on the form (n119) that says: Forfeiture 9. (a) There is no underlessee or mortgagee entitled to claim relief against forfeiture or (b) [Blank] of [Blank] is entitled to claim relief against forfeiture as underlessee or mortgagee. i know i need to fill in part (b) because i have a mortgage - is the first blank the name of who i've got my mortgage with and the second blank their address? or something else? the supposedly explanatory notes for this form have confused me further. they say: (b) If there is, give that person's name and address and file, in court, an additional copy of the particulars of claim for service on that person. eh? can anyone help? as you can imagine, with my tenants owing me rather a lot of money i don't exactly have the funds to go and consult a solicitor, so any assistance is much appreciated! i'm trying to create a database for work to catalogue our resource library. i'm using OpenOffice Base (we can't afford to buy a copy of Access or anything else for that matter, and the only other option is Microsoft Works Database which I don't think will do what I want it to) so far i've created a table with the fields: ID Title Author Publisher Year Categories what i want to do is have a drop-down box so that when our volunteers do the data entry, they can select the categories from a list. i gather what i need to do is create another table called categories and do a list of the categories & assign them each a number, then create a relationship between the 2 tables. is this correct? do i then need to create a form for inputting the data? any help would be appreciated - it's been a long time since i've had to do anything this complicated with a database and i'm all confuzzled! have left this entry public in case you can't help personally but know someone who might be able to.
